He told it's one of his dream;

He's the Nincompoop Capacity guy right? He told me I think that his girlfriend/wife/fiance/whatever was taking over the one in Koenji now. I'm excited to see both of them. I bought a cool necklace from Nincompoop Capacity that I wear all the time.
