he got it at his country.

The guy seems to wear M65 Fishtail Parka.
Fishtail nickname comes from the back style looks like fish tail.
You can see it in the movie 「QUADROPHENIA」
It looks alike but it is M51 in the movie.
You wear after armed, so the size is made big.
