On 15th September
I released my first photo collection,
There are two goals I've been wanting to achieve
via STYLE from TOKYO
that would never change.
1. To let the whole world know how wonderful Tokyo street fashion is.
2. To convey the inner personalities
that marvel inside ourselves that may arise from our own fashion.
When I held the exhibition at Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow two years ago.
it was titled as the following;
STYLE from TOKYO ~ life in the city, life of the people.
As its subtitle suggests,
I wished to convey people's very lives through each picture I took.
The book which I just published is
the compilation of three years worth of my work and comments,
revised, updated, and redocumented.
Fashion and people in the city that I love,
and the stories within.
If you could find a single picture, single comment from this book
that gets imprinted in your heart,
there is nothing more that I hope.
